The Challenge
Censeo Financial needed a way to provide their housing association partners with real-time visibility into referred clients and pipeline data. Previously, partners had to request manual reports via email or phone, causing delays of 24-48 hours and creating frustration on both sides. The manual process was also error-prone and consumed significant staff time.
Our Solution
We built a secure partner portal that integrates directly with HubSpot CRM via REST APIs. Housing associations can now log in and view their active clients, pipeline status, and historical performance data in real-time. The system uses role-based access control to ensure partners only see their own data.
